We are going to start introducing Wellbeing Wednesday! We know you have a lot to do at the minute and things are very strange... this is to help you relax and take care of yourself! You could try doing the PE lesson for today (as this is a form of caring for yourself), or try some of the things on the wellbeing grid below! Alternatively, you could do something of your choice that really helps you relax or something you enjoy!
