Wellbeing Wednesday

 

Today is well-being Wednesday. Today, your teacher would like you to spend the day focusing on your mental health and your well-being. Below you will find some activities that you could do. Spend the day doing things that you enjoy. e.g. take some time to draw, listen to music, bake/cook or do some exercise.

1) You could put on some calming music and do some mindfulness doodling/colouring:

 

2) If you prefer to be more active, you could do some exercise and have a sing along:
