This afternoon we'd like you to spend some time doing something fun, away from TV and computer screens! Looking after your well-being is important and we hope that you enjoy an afternoon doing something a little bit different. Complete one or more of the activities from the well-being grid below. You can complete these on your own, but it would be lovely to get your whole family involved! Alternatively, you can choose a different activity to complete that you enjoy!
