Communication and Interaction
We also help the children with their communication difficulties by using PECs (Picture exchange Communication), simple sign language and symbols. Another great way for children to improve their communication and confidence is through music. Music interaction is an intervention that we use with props and simple language to known nursery rhymes for the children to join in with. On a termly basis we work closely alongside Speech and Language which provide us with strategies to improve their speech and communication.
