Observational Drawing
In Science this year we have been learning about the seasons, we are now in the wonderful season of Spring where the new plants are blossoming and new animals appear.
We have loved learning lots of different techniques in Art this year including sketching with our pencil to show light and dark, use of shade, light and tone and the use of colour to add detail.
Can you have a look at the photographs of flowers below taken from Miss Smith's garden and have a go at some observational drawings? You may also want to look at plants in your garden or home and draw them as well.
