Good morning

Today's activity is a bit different.  It is to practise some yoga positions! 

          

This is a great activity. As well as boosting wellbeing, it's a great way to develop your gross motor skills and improve your coordination.

 

Can you practise some of these positions and hold it for 5 seconds.
