Debate
Today we investigated our I Wonder question. The children researched whether robots were taking over the world or not on laptops. We then watched some videos exploring this issue and had a class debate. Some children argued that robots will take over the world because they are already prominent in many areas such as banking. Others argued that robots would not take over the world because ultimately humans are still in control of robots. Robots may be useful for repetitive jobs but they are unable to complete tasks that require thought and creativity.
