Positive and Negative Thinking

 

What does positive and negative thinking look like?

 

 

Compare what positive and negative thinking looks like answering the following questions:

 

1. What do they say or do?

2. How do they act or behave?

3. What kind of experiences do they generally have in their lives?

Reflect on the type of person you are. Your thinking may change depending on situations that you find yourself in. Can you think of an example of a time where you have demonstrated positive and negative thinking?

 

Read the phrases below and sort them into two piles, depending on whether you think they demonstrate helpful or unhelpful thinking.
