Week 2
The children enjoyed going an Autumn walk around the school. We looked at the different kind of trees and the leaves on the trees. We saw that some trees had no leaves on the tree and some and lots of leaves on the tree. We looked at the colours of the leaves and thought about how the leaves change colour in Autumn and the leaves fall off the trees.
The children then used the leaves collected from the Autumn walk to make their own Autumn pictures. They enjoyed using the leaves to make leaf printing.
