Multiplying a 2-digit number by a 1-digit number

In today's lesson, we are going to use our understanding of the methods we have looked at over the last two lessons, and are moving onto using the formal written method for multiplication. In the lesson video, you will see that we recap the grid method that we used in Year 3, before we move onto the formal written method we teach in Year 4.
