This week we have been working really hard on completing our diary entries from the perspective of Tranio and Livia as they leave Pompeii during Mount Vesuvius' eruption. The children have done absolutely amazing pieces of work and we are so proud of how well they have completed this activity and with so much enthusiasm.

In our Curriculum lessons we have been learning about Roman society and how everyone was ranked. We split the groups into 6 and each person was responsible for finding out as much as possible about one societal class from the Roman times. The children then had to go back to their groups and share their knowledge. It was so lovely to see the pupils so eager to teach one another.

In maths we have been learning how to divide by 8 quickly and effectively. Please remember to continue working hard on Times Table Rockstars at home.
