Before we can do that, we need to be confident in knowing the alphabet by heart.

Have a go at the alphabet activities in your pack and then use the alphabet mat to help you order the castle cards into alphabetical order. As a challenge: can you find the dictionary definition for the castle vocab cards and write them down. This will really help you when we write our own non-fiction book in a few weeks!

Today we are doing some problem solving involving division and multiplication. Watch the lesson with Miss Storer below, then have a go at working out the rest of the questions on your sheet. There is a challenge to have a go at too if you like.

In our Booktalk lesson today, we are thinking about the question

"What are some words you would use to describe Rosie? How did her personality change and

develop throughout the book?"

Whilst listening to the story think about how Rosie's personality changes. How does this link in with our learning value of resilience?
