Do some Easter baking.

You can make whatever Easter themed baked treat that you like. We are especially fond of chocolate nests at Easter. They are so yummy and so simple to make. A simple recipe to make your own chocolate nests is below. 

You will need- 200g of chocolate, 85g of your favourite cereal (cushed), 100g of chocolate eggs or buttons to decorate the nests with (optional).  12 cake cases, a bowl, a pan, a spoon. 

1. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of barely simmering water. Pour the chocolate over the crushed cereal and stir well to combine.

2. Spoon the chocolate cereal mixture into 12 cake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a nest shape. To decorate, place 3 mini chocolate eggs or chocolate buttons on top of each nest (optional). Chill the nests in the fridge for 2 hrs until set.
