Reading at Southglade

Here at Southglade we want the children to be passionate about books. Books help us to learn, understand and they make us smarter.

Reading is an essential skill that all children must learn in order for them to become successful in school. It exercises the brain and improves concentration, vocabulary and language skills. It develops a childs imagination and develops their empathy but most importantly reading is fun and a great way to spend time together.
