After a lovely half term, we have had a busy first week back. 

 

In History we are beginning to look at the events of the Great Fire of London, and we are linking this to our work in English too, where we will be writing a non-chronological report! 

 

In maths we have begun to learn methods of subtraction, using equipment and drawing our tens and ones, just like when we do addition. 

 

In science we looked at unusual uses of everyday materials, and designed some new uses for things in the classroom. This included necklaces made of paper clips and dresses made of rulers!
