Well-being Wednesday!

Today we want to celebrate you for all the hard work you have done this week. We know how tricky it is to do your school work at home and look at a laptop all day, so today we would like you to complete some well-being activites instead of our normal school work.

Below is a well-being grid with lots of 'away from the screen' activities for you to try at home. There are also links to yoga, meditation and fitness activities and well as some creative ideas for you to try too!
