In English, we have started to look at immersion in newspaper reports. We have been introduced to a new character in the Iron Man- the Space-bat-angel-dragon! We put together a short clip in the style of a news report.

In another lesson, we created a conscience alley and decided whether we thought the Iron Man should go to Australia to fight the Space-bat-angel-dragon or not. We used persuasive techniques in our answers.

Science

We have been looking at magnets in Science, and decided to investigate which was the strongest magnet. We tested a square magnet, ring magnet, horseshoe magnet, button magnet and a bar magnet. We wanted to see how many paperclips each magnet could hold!
