Read the blurb of 'Skellig.' What do you think the book will be about? Write a detailed prediction using clues from the front cover and blurb of the text.  Use a quotation from the blurb to back up your opinions.

Challenge: Compare what you think Skellig will be about to Kensuke's Kingdom.

Children should practice and perform the opening paragraphs of Skellig. Create actions and perform. Parents can record their children and then send them into school on the following email addresses:
