Week 6
In English this week we have been writing instructions on 'How to make a jam sandwich.'
We got to test out how good our instructions were when we had a go at making (and eating) a jam sandwich! Check out some photos at the bottom.
In maths, we started to add up some tricky numbers. We learnt how to exchange ten ones for one ten which can be really tricky! We will practice this lots more next week.
In Art we began to look at another artist called Antoni Gaudi, who specialises in mosaics. We made our own Gaudi inspired art and some of us got to take it home.
Next week is our final week before half term and it will be full to the brim with exciting things to learn and make, including Diwali celebration day on Friday and our last art lessons before our curriculum topic changes next half term!
