Welcome back to school!

All the children have worked really hard this first week back and come back to school looking really smart and ready to learn. This week we have been doing lots of work based on PHSE in the classroom. 

We have had a catch up and found out about what we all got up to over the summer

We created a class charter and all the children signed it and wrote up their own set of rules

We thought about our aspirations for the year ahead

We took our first day at school pictures to compare them throughout the year

We took part in some team building games building towers of marshmallows and spaghetti

We have looked at the qualities of being a good learner and good friend

We have explored our learning value of PRIDE and will continue to show pride in everything we do

We created art based on a book called The Dot about being unique 

We cracked a secret message using our maths skills
