Summer 2 

We are incredibly proud of all the children for the hard work, determination, and resilience they showed during their SATs—each of them gave their very best, and we couldn’t be more pleased. As we move into Summer 2, our focus will shift back to an exciting range of curriculum topics. In History, we will be exploring the fascinating Kingdom of Benin; in Geography, we’ll be delving into the wonders of the Amazon Rainforest; and in Art, the children will learn about the vibrant work of contemporary artist John Dyer. Alongside our classroom learning, we’re also looking forward to a number of exciting trips, including visits to Nottingham Trent University, the Tennis Centre, and the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, all of which will enrich the children’s learning and provide memorable experiences to end the year on a high.
