Yesterday, athlete Eden Francis visited Southglade Primary and Nursery school. All the children took part in a set of circuit activities led by Eden Francis whose main sports are the shot-put and discus.

Then Eden led an assembly which focused on her achievements, how to reach your goals and the importance of a balanced diet.

There was also an opportunity for children to ask Eden some questions at the end of the assembly. Here are some children who had raised some money for Sport for Champions which helps to support athletes who don't receive sponsorship in their pursuit of Olympic glory.
