This week, we started our place value topic in Maths. We recapped how to represent numbers, and began looking at four-digit numbers.

We also started our focus text  My Dad's a Birdman. We used our inference skills to think about what the book might be about, and began to read the first chapter. 

Our curriculum driver for this half term is geography, and we are focusing on migration. We researched animals that migrate and their reasons for doing so.
