Welcome back! We hope you had a fabulous Christmas and a fantastic New Year :)

This half term, our focus book is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We will be reading the book in class and then using it as inspiration for our English and Art lessons. We will be writing a Newspaper report and poetry. 

Our curriculum topic this half term is art. We are mainly focusing on Andy Warhol and will use his pop art style to inspire artwork that also links to our focus book. 

In maths we will be continuing to learn multiplication and division, then we will be moving on to length and perimetre. 

Science this half term is all about magnets.
