If you would like to apply for a place at our Nursery please download the application form below and when completed email to kay.barron@southglade.nottingham.sch.uk Alternatively pick up a form from school reception. There is more information about Nursery in the brochure below. If you have any questions please email Mrs. Barron or phone school and ask to be put through to the nursery.
