'Believe to Achieve'

Letter for Parents

Dear Parent and Carers,

Thank you for all of your support and hard work over the past 2 weeks in completing the home learning challenges that we have set for your children. We have absolutely loved receiving your emails showcasing all of the marvellous work and fun activities that the children are getting up to at home with you and we look forward to continuing to receive these from you- they are really brightening up our days!

As many of you will be aware, Friday 3rd April 2020 will be the last day of the Spring term with the Easter holidays commencing on Monday 6th April 2020. Therefore, we will be taking a break from our timetable of home learning challenges over the next two weeks and resuming our home learning provision on Monday 20th April 2020. However, given the unprecedented situation that we find ourselves in due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we have decided to set an Easter home learning project which includes lots of fun Easter related activities and  can be found on our class page at https://www.southgladeprimary.co.uk/reception-1/ .

Over the holiday period, please do get in touch with us to share all of the fun Easter inspired activities that you are getting up to. Our email addresses are kay.barron@southglade.nottingham.sch.uk and saioa.cantrill@southglade.nottingham.sch.uk .  Mrs Thomas and the school admin team will also be available via email for any urgent queries that you may have on headteacher@southglade.nottingham.sch.uk and admin@southglade.nottingham.sch.uk respectively.

In spite of the uncertainty surrounding us, we hope that you all manage to have a lovely Easter filled with lots of quality family time, chocolate and (hopefully) some sunny spring weather. We thank you for your ongoing support and cannot wait to see what you get up to over the Easter break. Remember, we are just an email away if you need us.

Happy Easter.

Mrs Barron and Miss Cantrill
