Read chapter 1 of Skellig in your most fluent voice to an adult in your house. Within your work pack there is a reading checkpoint. Try and answer these questions in your neatest handwriting.

In order to try and develop your answers, use a quote from the text. You could also type your answers onto a template on Purple Mash and then save them in your work folder for your class teacher to mark.

I will place example answers onto the school website at the end of Monday so they can be checked- please be aware that answers can be phrased in a wide variety of different ways.
