'Believe to Achieve'

Friday

Phonics

Today we would like you to consolidate your understanding of the 'ai' sound family by practicing the words below. Watch the video for more information about these spellings.

We have also included the common exception words for Year 1. It is essential the children know how to read and write all these words by the end of Year 1.

Storytime

For the end of this week, we would like you to sit and enjoy a cosy story with your grown up or sibling. It can be your favourite story, a story from home, a story from school or any book you want to share together. We would love to see you sharing the story together, so please send in a photograph or video of you taking part in the story.
