Welcome back Year 2! It has been lovely having you all back in class and we have enjoyed getting to know you all.

Here are a few highlights from our first two days back in school!

We read our book for the week called 'Pass it on'. The story shows how passing on a smile or a laugh can make someone else's day. We then made our own happy balloons using crepe paper and finger painting!

We then read the book 'The dot' and noticed the importance of perseverance and trying our best. We talked about we can apply what we have learnt to our time in Year 2.

We then created our own dot inspired art pieces!
