Your child has received a Reading Diary this week. They should be taking this home every day and bringing it back into school every morning. Diaries are checked every Friday. Your child should be reading three times a week and this should be recorded in their diaries and signed by an adult. 

Once they have read three times a week for 10 weeks, they will move onto the next colour rocket.

What an amazing start to the school year! All of the Year 5 team have been very impressed with the hard work and excellent attitude to learning that the children have displayed. All children are looking smart in their uniforms and attendance has been excellent. Well done and keep it up Year 5!
