Superworm

 

In Autumn 1 we are sent a parcel from the Giant in Happily Ever After Land.  He asks us to look after his favourite book and story character- SUPERWORM! As we start to care and look after Superworm we start to think about his home and his friends. We talk about adjectives to describe his home and have a go at writing a few in a sentence.

Unfortunatly Superworm is shortly taken from our classroom from the mean crow. We spend a few weeks looking at wanted and missing posters as well as designing a trap for the crow. Finally we end our first term by going on a mission to find Superworm. We wander through Anna and Elsa's snow storm, stomp over the Three Billy Goats bridge, run through Little Red Riding Hood's forest until we sneak into the Lizard's Lair and take back Superworm!
