Exciting News

Southglade Primary and Nursery school have been nominated by Nottingham Music Hub to become a Music Mark School. This is in recognition of our commitment to a broad and balanced curriculum with music at its heart.

 

Musical Instruments

This week children in Y4-Y6 will start their weekly musical instrument lessons. This will be the first time for 18 months that these have taken place due to covid-19. Even more excitingly, all children will have their own instruments that they will play; these will be taken home on a Friday after school and returned the following Friday. We really hope to find some budding musical superstars who become expert trumpet and trombone players.
